- We will initiate programs with the view to generate enthusiasm among our women by entrusting them certain executive and other functional positions within the union.
- I will ensure that the women’s wing is empowered by supporting their initiatives and common goals in bringing other women into the fold of the union I will also ensure that their respect, and dignity becomes paramount and this will create an open space for their participation.
- I will ensure that we identify youths groups and create a platform of engagement for them I will ensure that the development and welfare committee constantly engages our youths for all social interactions and events
