The Sierra Leone Central Union The Netherlands was founded by Sierra Leoneans in the Netherlands who were in dare need of leadership in the community. The community need an institution and someone to unite them and steer them through the integration process in the Netherlands. having this in mind, the SLCU created a democratic framework on how they elect and select it leadership. Today, we are proud of have conducted several elections to elect our leaders. Below is an overview of our former Chairpersons/Presidents.

Mr. Mohamed Tislim Bangura

Mr. Mohamed Tislim Bangura aka Medoske is one of the founding member and first Chairman of the Sierra leone central Union – Netherlands. He severed from 2006 till 2013 and peacefully handed over power to Mr. Abubakarr Bangura.
